摘要
目的：探讨弹性义齿在临床上修复牙列缺损的效果。方法：通过７８ 例弹性义齿修复牙列缺损对该修复法的修复类型、修复部位及失败原因进行统计和分析。结果：修复坎氏一、二类缺失效果不太理想，但如果配合金属颌支托可弥补不足之处。结论：弹性义齿具有很强的隐形性，但应注意该基托与人工牙的结合。
Objective:A comparison of elastic dental prosthesis and ordinary artificial tooth in repairing dentition defect was done Methods: Seventy eight cases of dentition defect were repaired by elastic dental prosthesis, and the indication, retention strength, retention principle and cosmatic effect were discussed Results: The results showed that elastic dental prosthesis is suitablly used in any kind of dentition defect and especially for anterior tooth defect Conclusion:Seriously to analyze the various characteristics of dentition defects and make the retention hole at the base of artificial tooth firmly is the key procedure to prevent failure
