摘要
针对在部分水泥企业能源管理人员对标准理解不深、不透,采用的关键的数据不全,如何核算标准中5项单耗比较模糊、修正系数如何应用等问题,分析某水泥企业5项产品单耗指标并对指标进行核算,探讨了单耗核算的科学性以及简便方法,做到指标核算统一,进一步加强水泥企业的能源管理,促进节能工作开展。
For the energy management personnel in some cement companies can＇t deeply understand the standards,and the use of critical data was incomplete,aiming to the issues of how to account for five production unit consumption indexes in the standard,and how to apply the correction factors,the article analyzed the five production unit consumption indicators in cement enterprises and accounting the indicators,discussed the scientific of per consumption accounting and easy ways to achieve unified accounting in order to further strengthen the energy management of cement business,and promote to carried out energy conservation work.
