摘要
研究了用△-(-)_D-[Co(en)_2(C_2O_4]^+及∧-(+)_D-[Co(en)_2(C_2O_4)]^+拆分NH_4(dL-BCS)的方法,制得了两种难溶非对映异构体盐的单晶:△-(-)_D-[Co(en)_2(C_2O_4)](d-BCS).3.5H_2O(Ⅰ)与∧-(+)_D-[Co(en)_2(C_2O_4)](L-BCS)2.5H_2O(Ⅱ)。探讨了晶体中可能的识别模式,用自制的 NH_4(d-BCS)简便地拆分了Cis-[Co(en)_2(NO_2)_2]^+;部分拆分了[(Co(en)_2(gly)]^(2+);讨论了 d-BCS^-对络合物的识别作用。
The resolution of NH4(d-BCS) using Chiral complex A -(-)- or △ -(+)D-[Co(en)2Ox]+has been studied. In the process of resolution, we obtained two diastereoisomeric crystals : ###-(-)D[Co(en)2Ox](d-BCS).3.5 H2O(I); △-(+)D[Co(en)2Ox](d-BCS).2.5 H2O(Ⅰ)(Ⅱ).lt is assumed that the origin of discrimination lies in the Key-and-lock model, that is . the bromocamphor part of d-BCS makes a good fit to the J-shaped channel of △-(-)D-[Co(en)2Ox]+and makes less fit to the L-shaped channel of △-(+)D-Co(en)2C)x]+in the application of NH4(d-8CS),we have achieved a simple method to resolve Cis-[Co(en)2(NO2)2]+.partly resoluton of [Co(en)2(gly)]2+also obtained. The chiral discrimination between d-BCS and chiral complex cation are also discussed.
