摘要
贾斌教授论治小儿外感咳嗽,常分为风寒和风热2种类型。风寒咳嗽治以辛温解表、宣肺止咳法,临床常用止嗽散加减;风热咳嗽治以辛凉轻解、清轻宣肺,临床多用桑菊饮或银翘散化裁。在辨清风寒、风热的基础上,根据具体情况,辅以健脾、化痰、顺气、消食等治法,常获得较好的疗效。
When talking about treating children＇s externally infected cough,professor Jia Bin usually divided it into 2 types as cough with external cold and cough with external heat.Cough with external cold was treated with the method of dispelling biao pungently and warmly and the method of dispelling the lung and relieve the cough.Zhi Sou Powder with addition or subtraction was usually used in the clinic.Cough with external heat was treated with the method of dispelling biao pungently and coldly and the method of clearing heat and dispelling the lung.Sang Ju Decoction and Yin Qiao Powder were usually employed to cure it.Based on the differentiation of external cold and external heat,treatment of the cough can achieve preferably efficacy combined with strengthening spleen,clearing phlegm,smoothing qi,promoting digestion,etc.,according to specific conditions.
