摘要
针对齿轮箱故障振动信号的非平稳特征,提出一种基于Hilbert-Huang变换的齿轮箱故障诊断方法。使用Hilbert变换求重构信号的包络,采用EMD方法将包络信号分解为若干个IMF分量,再对IMF分量进行FFT变换,实现在频域的分析,得到故障特征信号。依据IMF分量的频谱图和时域信号的边际谱图,判别齿轮箱的故障类型。实验证明是一种有效地处理齿轮箱故障诊断方法。
According to non-stationary characteristics of vibration signals from gear box, a fault diagnosis approach for gear box based on HHT (Hilbert-Huang Transform) method is proposed. Hilbert transform is used for reconstructing signal of envelope. Then envelope signal is decomposed into several IMF components by EMD. And frequency domain analysis of IMF components could be continued by FFI" transform. The characteristic signal of gear box could be received. Based on spectrogram of IMF (Intrinsic Mode Function) component signal and marginal spectrum of time domain signal, the failure cause of gearbox could be determined. It proved to be an effective approach of gear box fault diagnosis by experiments.
