摘要
"黄蓝战略"的提出为东营高效生态经济区建设提供了重大机遇,但是,社会矛盾的复杂多变正严重制约其进一步发展。当前,东营社会矛盾主要表现为矛盾主体、内容、形式和地域的多元化,究其原因就在于群众需求超越现实购买力、矛盾表达渠道不畅、收入分配机制失灵等,解决的途径就是通过发展经济、加强公民思想道德建设,完善收入分配调节机制、政府部门运行机制和社会利益表达机制建立起多元化化解社会矛盾机制。
＂The Yellow and Blue Strategy＂ offers many opportunities for the efficient eco--economic region of the Dongying city. But the complex and changeable social conflicts are seriously restricting it＇s further development. The social contradictions of Dongying city mainly present for diversities of contradictions subject and contradictions content and contradictions form and contradictions regional. The reason lies in mass demand transcending reality purchasing power, income distribution mechanism failure. The ways to solve them are establishing a diversified contradictions mechanism thus for strengthening moral construction and legal education, perfecting social interest expressing mechanism, legally solving contradictions mechanism and non-legal disputing settlement mechanism.
