摘要
针对农村电网地域广、范围大、负荷分散、自动化水平低等现状,从网架结构、通信网络、地理信息系统、数据交换、在线监测系统、用电系统等方面进行分析论述,提出了建设坚强网架、可靠电力通信网和基于GIS和数据交换平台的应用系统,推动农网智能化建设协调发展的思路。
Aiming at the actualities of large area,wide scope,load dispersion and low automatization level of the rural power network,analyzes the network frame structure,the communication network,the geographic information system(GIS) platform,the data exchange platform,the on-line monitoring platform and the power consumption system of rural power network,puts forward the thoughts on building strong power network frame structure,reliable communication network and the application systems based on the platform of GIS and data exchange,pushes rural power network intelligentizing construction harmonious development.
