摘要
结合工程实践,介绍了住宅建筑外保温工程施工中可能出现的热桥问题。热桥问题的产生不仅影响建筑保温效果,达不到节能要求,还会对建筑饰面产生不良影响。针对建筑物不同部位的问题,从保温工程所用材料、施工做法和施工质量,尤其是在施工中对建筑细部的处理提出一些解决办法。在施工中遵守施工方案,严格施工管理是解决可能出现的热桥问题的主要手段。
The thermal bridge that might occur in the heat preservation for residential buildings is expounded with construction practice.Thermal bridge not only impairs the heat preservation of the building,making it fail to meet the demands of energy saving,but also has negative effects on the architectural coating.Solutions are proposed here to the problems in different parts of buildings in terms of materials,construction methods and quality,particularly the handling of architectural details in the construction.It is primarily through conforming to construction plan and exercising strict management that thermal bridge are usually handled.
