摘要
介绍了煤泥用于循环流化床锅炉燃烧发电的工艺方案,重点分析了干燥工艺和湿法输送工艺中最适合煤泥大规模利用的两种典型方案:滚筒烘干和柱塞泵输送;结合淮南矿区多个煤泥发电项目的方案论证及应用实践,提出了方案比选过程中需要考虑的主要因素。
This paper presents the two classical projects which are roller drum drying and ram pump transporting for burning coal sludge in circulation fluidized bed boiler to generate electricity.Based on the verification and application of coal sludge power generation projects in Huainan diggings,the main factor that should to be taken into account for setting the application project is given.
