摘要
本文首先分析了锯齿组成要素的功能。给出了若干定义。然后进一步分析了影响锯切表面锯痕深度的有关因素,给出了不同锯的锯痕深度理论值公式及其通式。指出,锯痕深度随锯料角的减小而减小,当锯料角为零度时,其理论值为零,从而为研究零锯料角锯奠定了理论基础;同时指出,零锯料角锯的切削性质属于铣削。接着分析了零锯料角锯的特性:可以同时高效率高质量地锯切木材,解决了锯切质量与锯切效率互相矛盾这一难题;同时该锯还有节约木材、降低制造和使用费用、能耗低、噪音低等优点。文章最后介绍了研究的零内凹角硬质合金锯片表面粗糙度锯切试验的情况,试验结果证明有关论断是正确的。
The functions of comPOnent of saw teeth are analysed and gives out some definitions in the Paper.Then, factors affetcing cutting mark depth of cutting face are analysed and gives out theoretical calculationformula of different sawblades cutting mark depth. Cutting mark depth is diretcly proportional to side clearance angle. Cutting mark depth theoretical values is zero when side clearance angle is zero dope. So it Settles the theoretical base for zero degree side clearance angle saw study. Cutting property is profiling to zerodegree side clearance angle saw. Specific properties of zero degree side clearance angle are analysed. Thesaw can cut wood efficient high qUality and solve difficult problem of a hundred years to contradictionbetween cutting qUality and cutting efficiency. Meanwhile, it has several advantages, it saves wood, reducemanufacturing costs, uses up low energy and a low noise. Final, this paper discusses test resultS to cuttingroughness for zero degree side clearance angle carbide - tipped sawblades. The results shows that judgmentconcerned is right.
