摘要
对安全管理的核心风险管理,从风险产生的原因、油气站场各个阶段的风险管理和风险控制原则等几个方面进行了探讨,阐释了适用于油气站场系统的简易的风险管理方法,以便油气站场员工能更好地识别风险、控制风险,最终达到确保作业安全的目的。
Risk management is the core of safety management, which is a systematic process of identification, evaluation and control of operation risk. From the aspects of reasons causing risk, risk management of each stage of oil and gas station, risk control principle, the easy risk management method suitable for oiland gas station system is explained in order that the personnel could identiiy and control risk easily with the final objective to assure safety.
