结合施工进度和施工环境的定义,分析了两者之间的内在联系,探讨了如何创造优良施工环境,保障施工进度,分别阐述了业主、监理、承包商等的作用和职责及各自保障施工进度的具体措施,以指导实践。
Combining with the definitions for the construction progress and the construction environment,the paper analyzes the internal relationship between the two,explores the ways of how to create the better construction environment and to guarantee the construction progress,and illustrates the roles for the owners,the supervisors,and contractors,and the factual measures to guarantee the construction speed,so as to direct the practice.
