摘要
阐述了工程造价和工程造价风险的概念,分析了工程造价风险的特点,并对建筑工程造价的风险识别及评估进行了介绍,最后提出了相应的风险控制对策,以指导实践。
This thesis describes the identification of project cost and project cost risk,analyzes the characteristics of project cost risk,introduces the risk identification and assessment of building project cost,and finally puts forward corresponding risk control countermeasures,with a view to guide practice.
