摘要 目的:通过分析ATDC蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与β-catenin蛋白的关系,探讨ATDC蛋白及β-catenin蛋白在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测ATDC蛋白及β-catenin蛋白在卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中的表达,分析ATDC蛋白及β-catenin蛋白与卵巢癌各种临床病理参数的关系,探讨卵巢癌中ATDC与β-catenin蛋白表达的关系。结果:ATDC蛋白及β-catenin蛋白从正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤到卵巢癌组织中表达逐渐上调,三者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);ATDC蛋白表达水平与组织学类型无关(P>0.05),与分化程度、淋巴结转移、FIGO分期有关(P<0.05)。ATDC与β-catenin蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.71,P<0.05)。结论:ATDC表达上升,可能参与了卵巢癌的发生发展;ATDC基因可能是卵巢癌的一个重要致癌基因并可能参与卵巢癌细胞凋亡的调节。ATDC与β-catenin蛋白表达呈正相关性,β-catenin可能是ATDC基因的效应蛋白。 Objective:To study ATDC protein expression on Ovarian Carcinoma,evaluate its possible role in the tumorigenesis and progression of Ovarian Carcinoma,and investigate its relationship with the expression of β-catenin protein.Methods:The expression of ATDC protein and β-catenin protein in tissue of Ovarian Carcinoma,benign epithelial ovarian neoplasia,and normal ovary tissues were detected by the immunohistochemistry method.The possible relationship between two protein's expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed with SPSS software for Windows.Results:The expression of ATDC protein gradually up-regulated from normal ovary tissues to benign epithelial ovarian neoplasia to Ovarian Carcinoma(P0.01).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed a strong positive correlation between the expression of ATDC and β-catenin protein(r=0.71,P0.05).Conclusion:ATDC plays a considerable promotion action in genesis and development of Ovarian Carcinoma;Abnormal expression of ATDC might have promotion effect on invasion and metastasis of Ovarian Carcinoma and act as an effective and objective marker to indicate the pathobiological behavior of Ovarian Carcinoma.The expression of ATDC was positively correlated to the β-catenin.Furthermore β-catenin may be an effective protein of ATDC gene.
