摘要
为探明甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)对抗菌中草药的增效作用,将TMP加入抗菌中草药煎液中,进行了体外抑菌和杀菌试验.结果表明:TMP对某些抗菌中草药有显著的抗菌增效作用,方剂3加TMP后对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌圈直径分别为18mm和39mm;而未加TMP时,其抑菌圈直径仅为16mm和17mm.临床治疗仔猪黄白痢有效率达100%.
Trimethoprim (TMP) was added into Chinese medicinal herbs decoctions in this experiment. The results of it after anti bacteria experiments in vitro showed that TMP had significant anti bacteria actions on some Chinese medicinal herbs. When TMP was added into recipe 3,its inhibited bacteria diameter to bacteria coli commune and bacteria salmonella was 18 mm and 39 mm respectively,while before TMP was added into,the anti bacteria diameter was 16mm and 17 mm respectively. The curative effects of this method on piglet's yellow scour reached 100%.
