摘要
对鹿魏氏梭菌DW06 和DW13 生物学特性进行了研究。结果证实 ,两株菌10h厌气肉肝汤培养物毒力最强 ,其毒素滴度分别为1 :28 和1 :27,对小白鼠MLD分别为0 005ml和0 01ml,对家兔MLD为0 3ml;魏氏梭菌的A、B、C型定型血清可抑制两株菌的卵磷脂酶活性 ,55℃30min可使魏氏梭菌毒素失活 ,0 8 %甲醛5d可使毒素完全脱毒 ;两株菌对氧氟沙星、乳酸诺氟沙星敏感 ;血清分型证实两株菌为血清A型 ,用其制备灭活菌苗免疫家兔 ,能够抵抗1个MLD魏氏梭菌毒素的攻击 。
Biological characteristics of deer Clostridium Welchii were carried out in this paper, the result showed the toxin of 10 h cultivation liquid of the two strains was the strongest, the liter of toxin was 1:28and 1:27respectively ,the MLD in mice respectively was 0 005ml and 0 01ml,and the MLD in rabbit was0 3ml;the serum of A,B,C type could inhibit the activity of lecithinase The toxin lost activity after 30 min at 55℃and it was inactivated after 5 d in 0 8%formaldehyde;the two bacterium were sensitive to Ofilxacine and Niofloxacin Lactatis,the two strains were Clostridium Welchii A type,and the immunogenicity was very good,the strains were used to prepare inactivated vaccine and the injectde rabbits could resist the challenge of 1 MLD Clostridium Welchii toxin
