在现代化办公系统中，短信服务已得到广泛应用。根据教务管理系统的实际特点和具体需求采用工业级GSMModem短信猫为短信收发的硬件平台．基于．NET框架构建一个基于WebService技术的短信发送平台，完成短信发送时必要接口的设计，解决实际应用过程中的技术问题。
In the modem office system, the service of short message is in widespread use. In terms of the actual features of education management system, uses .NET framework to establish a short mes- sage sending platform based on Web Service, which adopts industrial USB interface, GSM Modem, Short Message Cat as hardware platform. Designs the necessary interface for short message sending and solves technical problems in the practical application.
