摘要
目的:观察萘替芬酮康唑乳膏及地奈德乳膏联合疗法治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:30例面部脂溢性皮炎应用萘替芬酮康唑乳膏及地奈德乳膏联合外用治疗,治疗,2,3周及4周结束后观察临床疗效及不良反应,停药后1,2周随诊。结果:4周后痊愈率为86.67%,总有效率为100%。停药后1,2周随诊未见复发。未发现不良反应。结论:此方法治疗面部脂溢性皮炎治愈率高,疗效显著,耐受性好,安全性高,复发率低,是一种较理想的治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the combined-treatment with naftifine and ketoconazole cream and desonide cream on facial seborrheic dermatitis. METHODS 30 cases of patients were treated with combined external naftifine and ketoconazole cream and desonide cream for facial seborrheic dermatitis, after the treatment in 1 st,2 nd,3 rd,4 th weekend, the effi ciency and adverse reactions were researched, following up one week and two weeks after the withdraw of the drug. RESULTS The cure rate was 86. 67% and the response rate was 100% after the treatment in 4th weekend. There was no recurrence and no reaction one week and two weeks after the withdraw of the drug. CONCLUSION The therapy for the treating of facial seb orrheic dermatitis was a high high effectiveness, high safey and better tolerated method with low recurrence rate,it was a relatively ideal effective method.
