摘要
数量庞大的农民工已经成为城市中一个客观存在且不容忽视的社会群体,这一群体正在试图融入城市。农民工在城市经济适应过程中存在着不少问题,其中最主要的问题是剥夺。从城市安全的视角看农民工所遭遇的绝对剥夺问题主要有两个:一为拖欠工资,二为无社会保障。相对剥夺也是威胁城市安全的潜在因素。
The huge peasant workers have become objectively and noticeably social population, who try to adapt to urban life. There are many problems when this population adapt to urban economy, the biggest one of which is deprival. In aspect of civil security, two types of absolute deprival of peasant workers are payments in arrears and exclusion out of social security. And relative deprival also may become potential element to threaten civil security.
