起重机械虚拟试验技术的研究与展望 被引量:3

摘要 虚拟试验是相对于实物试验而言的,由于实物试验存在着若干缺陷和制约因素,因此需要在传统的实物试验中引入新方法,以弥补和完善实物试验的效果和能力。虚拟试验技术起源于航空航天军事工程领域,发展壮大在汽车制造领域,近年来,虚拟试验技术已经在更多的民用行业得到应用。在我国,作为特种设备监管的起重机械,是否有应用该技术的必要性和可行性,本文做了充分的论述,并对虚拟试验技术在起重机械领域应用的设想以及实施起重机械虚拟试验技术的存在的困难以及策略做了阐述。 The virtual test is relative to the physical testing,because of a number of defects and constraints in the physical testing,therefore new methods are required to make up and improve the effectiveness and capabilities of the physical test.Virtual test technology originated in the military aerospace engineering,developed and grew in the automotive manufacturing,and in recent years,the virtual test technology has been applied in much more civilian sectors.Lifting machinery is supervised as special equipment in China.In this paper,the necessity and feasibility of application of the technology is fully discussed,and the idea of applying the virtual test technology to the field of lifting machinery and the existing difficulties and strategies of implementing the virtual test technology are described in detail.
