肺非典型腺瘤样增生与肺腺癌相关肿瘤标记物研究进展

摘要 肺非典型腺瘤样增生(atypical adenomatous hyperplasia.AAH)是单层立方肺泡上皮的灶性轻至中度非典型增生。病灶通常不超过5mm.可分为低级别和高级别两种类型。WHO在1999年将AAH正式列为肺腺癌浸润前病变。近10年来,肺腺癌发病率明显增加。可能与AAH相关的环境污染、生活方式等多种致癌因素增多有关^[1]。应用免疫组化研究肺AAH密切相关的肿瘤免疫标记,不仅可以揭示AAH的发病机制,了解早期肺癌的发生发展.而且有利于复发监测及判断预后,
