外固定架术后骨不连的锁定加压接骨板治疗 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨锁定加压接骨板(locking compression plate,LCP)用于骨折外固定架固定术后骨不连的疗效。结果:术后随访10~36个月,平均18个月。16例骨不连经手术干预后全部愈合,平均愈合时间6.4个月(4~11个月)。2例术后出现脂肪液化及轻度的软组织感染,经局部换药处理后感染得到控制。患肢功能评定结果:优5例,良8例,中3例,差0例。结论:针对外固定架固定术后骨不连的上述特点我们采用LCP固定加自体髂骨移植的方法进行治疗取得了良好的疗效。
