摘要
本文对138例腹部脏器损伤进行超声诊断并与手术诊断进行对照分析。结果显示肝脾实质性脏器损伤符合率为94.7%;肾破裂符合率为100%;胃肠空腔脏器损伤符合率63.1%;宫外孕破裂为90.9%;黄体破裂为85.7%;总符合率为88.4%。本文分析了误、漏诊原因,讨论了超声检查对各类腹部脏器损伤的诊断价值。
In this article, 138 cases of emergency abdominal organ rupture were analysed and compared with operation diagnosis. The results showed a correct rate of 88.4% , Among them, the correct rate of liver and spleen damages is 94.2% ; the correct rate for kidney rupiure is 100.0% , and for stomach and bowel damage is 60.1 % , for rupture caused by outside womb pregnancy is 90.9 % , for corpus luteum rupture is 85.7 % . Ana Lysis is also conducted in this paper to determine the reason for error and missing in diagnosis. The practical value of ultrasongraphic diagnosis for abdominal organ damage. and showed that ultrasongraphy is of comparatively high diagnotie value for the diagnostic of actual abdominal organ rupture and gynecolgical damage diseases and is of some application value for detection of stomach and bowel damage, with some defects still exist.
