摘要
城市管网是城市正常运转的生命线和基础设施,管网信息管理系统是数字城市与数字矿山的重要组成部分。管网信息集成、共享应用与决策支持是智慧城市重要建设内容,实现城市管网智慧管理CPSM是城市管网管理必然趋势和发展方向。该文结合城市管网管理技术现状,明确了CPSM的内涵、基本特征;界定了CPSM的研究范畴,即标准体系、模型体系、核心数据库、门户集成平台、应用服务、智能分析与控制、网络与安全和智能传感器;提出了CPSM的关键技术,包括门户集成技术、Web服务技术、数据仓库技术、数据采集与传感器技术、网络通讯技术和软件智能技术;指明CPSM的研究方向,为城市管网智慧管理提供理论参考。
Being infrastructures of a city,city pipeline acts as city′s lifeline engineering and city pipeline management system is an important part of digital city.The integration of pipeline information,the application of shared data and the support for decision-making are the chief functions of smart city and it is a developing trend of city pipeline management to realize city pipeline smart management（CPSM） to meet the sharing and integrating demands.On an overview of city pipeline management system and its weakness,the paper defined the meanings of CPSM,explained the four main characters of CPSM including intelligence sensing,interlink and intercommunication,resources-integrating and decision-making.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed the research domains of CPSM including standards,models,key databases,portal platform,services,wise analysis and controls,network and security,and smart sensors in detail.Furthermore,the key technologies of CPSM such as portal integration,web services,data warehouse,data collection and sensors,communication network and software agent were presented and discussed in the paper.These make the basic theories of CPSM and declare the research directions of it.
