摘要
目的 观察雄激素水平改变对大鼠前列腺组织碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF) 和转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)表达的影响。方法 采用分子杂交技术研究bFGFmRNA 及TGFβ1mRNA 在去势和未去势大鼠前列腺组织中表达的差异。结果 去势组TGFβ1mRNA 杂交斑点IOD 均值为315.5,是未去势组(179)的1.76 倍;而未去势组bFGFmRNA 杂交斑点IOD 均值为445 .3,是去势组(200.3) 的2.22倍,差异均有显著性(P<0 .01)。结论 雄激素水平变化可影响bFGFmRNA 及TGFβ1mRNA 的表达,bFGF及TGFβ1 介导雄激素的作用。
Objective In order to investigate the effect of androgen on the expression of growth factors in rat prostatic tissues. Methods The expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) mRNA and transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) mRNA in castration rats or normal rats were studied by using molecular hybridization method. Results The expression of TGFβ1 mRNA in castration group was 1.76 times of that in normal group, whereas the expression level of bFGFmRNA in normal group was 2.22 times of that in castration group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Androgen may influence the expression of bFGFmRNA and TGFβ1 mRNA in rat prostatic tissues. bFGF and TGFβ1 may mediate the action of androgen.
