根据承接的大亚湾核电站DEG制冷机更换改造工程,介绍了大亚湾核电站DEG冷水机组改造的原因,核岛冷冻水系统的主要功能和关键设备冷水机组的主要技术参数,DEG系统改造方案,结合核电站的运行经验反馈,详细阐述了冷冻水系统和机组的设计优化,经过改造后的实际运行,检验了此次改造的成果。此次改造的实施保证了核电站的安全运行并为电站创造了可观的经济效益。
Based on the modification project of DEG(nuclear island chilled water system) chiller of Daya Bay NPP,this paper introduces the cause of the modification,the main function of DEG,key technical parameters of the chiller and the system modification scheme.The paper presents the design optimization of the chilling water system and the chiller in detail.By comparing the practical operational aspect before and after the modification,the modification is verified effectively.This modification could not only ensure the safety operation,but also make considerable economic benefits for the power plant.
