摘要
目的探讨阴道B超在妇女排卵监测中的应用情况及临床价值。方法采用TVS对2009年5月至2011年2月就诊的76例不孕妇女进行动态监测,对监测结果进行分析讨论。结果 76例患者共检测238个月经周期,正常卵泡发育占77.7%,小卵泡发育型占18.1%,多囊卵泡综合征(PCOS)占4.2%。有3例患者出现卵泡刺激综合征(OHSS)。结论 TVS可作为妇女不孕症检查的常规方法在临床上使用。
Objective To discuss the application and clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography （TVS） in the monitoring of ovulation. Methods TVS was used to dynamically monitor ovulation situation of 76 infertility women, and the monitoring results were discussed later. Results 238 menstrual cycles were monitored, 77.7% of whom were normal follicular development, 18.1% of whom were small follicular development, and 4.2% of whom were polycystic follicular syndrome （PCOS）. Three patients had follicle stimulating syndrome （OHSS）. Conclusions TVS can be used as a regular examination method in infertile women.
