摘要
渐进式经济改革给居民带来了一定的系统风险、个人风险,增强了不确定性,农村居民的消费行为发生了较大变化。现基于不确定性预期的视角考察我国农村居民消费行为,以持久性收入的储蓄动机、暂时性收入的储蓄动机为指标进行不确定性预期强度分析,并从收入结构与支出构成分析收入不确定性、支出不确定性如何作用于农村居民不确定性预期强化趋势。同时提出针对性建议以在不确定预期强化下更好地扩大农村居民消费。
Gradual economic reform has brought the residents certain systemic risk and personal risk and enhanced the uncertainties,so that the consumer behavior of rural residents greatly changes.In the perspective of the uncertainty of consumption,this article researches the consumer behavior of rural residents.It analyzes the intensity of uncertainty expectation with the indicators of saving motives of permanent income and temporary income,and how the uncertainties of income and expenditure influence the strength trend of rural residents＇ uncertainty expectation based on the structure of income and expenditure,Finally,it proposes the suggestions to effectively expand the consumption of rural residents under the strengthening uncertainty expectation.
