摘要
本文通过调研平湖OEM服装企业的发展现状,分析其在转做品牌过程中存在的问题,探讨分析适合平湖OEM服装企业三种升级模式,为平湖服装品牌的建设与实现提供一定的理论参考。指出在OEM服装企业选择转型模式时,应该结合自身的发展形势和市场需求状况,分步骤、分阶段逐步转型。
This paper investigates the development of OEM garment enterprises in Pinghu,analysis problems in the process of Manufacturing-Oriented Enterprises switching to Brand-Creating-Oriented Enterprises.Then the paper researches three transition models and provides some theoretical reference for Pinghu OEM garment enterprises.In the research,we conclude that when OEM garment enterprises in the transition process,they should consider its own development situation and market demand to select transition model,then transform steeply.
