摘要
选用5种不同的黄瓜品种进行PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫试验,对这些品种在不同体积分数的PEG6000胁迫下的幼苗的叶绿素a+b含量、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性等生理指标进行了测定。结果表明,在不同体积分数的PEG6000胁迫后,冀杂1号表现出了最强的抗旱性,该品种在叶绿素a+b含量和MDA含量的表现方面均优于其他品种;从不同体积分数的PEG6000胁迫下的脯氨酸含量和SOD活性来看,鞍绿3号的表现优于其他品种。
5 different cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) varieties were selected for PEG6000-simulated drought stress experiments.Physiological indexes such as chlorophyll a+b content,MDA content,proline content,SOD activity of the seedlings were determined.The results showed that under different levels of PEG6000 stress,variety Jiza No.1 demonstrated the strongest drought-resistance among these varieties as it had superior performances in chlorophyll a+b content,and MDA content than those of other varieties.Under different levels of PEG6000 stress,variety Anlv No.3 held the best performance in proline content and SOD activity.
