摘要
492BQ汽油机在进行较短期运行后怠速排放迅速恶化。为此,在试验台上进行了120h模拟道路行驶试验。试验前后按GB/T3845测量了怠速排放,并测量了2000r/min不同负荷CO、HC、NO。排放浓度。试验后拆检了汽油机主要零部件。拆检结果表明:492BQ汽油机短期运行后排放迅速变化主要是由于化油器怠速螺钉松动和分电器性能变化造成的。
A model 492 BQ gasolene engine idling exhaust emission worsens rapidly after a short time operation. Hence,120 h simulating road test on a test rig is carried out. Idling exhaust emission hefore and after the test is measured respectivelyaccording to the standard GB/T3845, and emission density of CO, HC, NO. are measured under 2000 r/min in differentload. Main conlponents of the gasolene engine are disassembled and inspected after test, which shows that the cause of worsenedemission is due to the loosened carburetor idling screw and ignition distributor property change.
