摘要
2010年9月20测量了大别山系列油茶优良品种1号、2号、3号及4号光合特性的日变化,结果表明:(1)4个油茶品种的Pn日变化均为单峰曲线,大别山1号和4号的峰值出现在12:00,2号和3号峰值出现在11:00,不存在光合午休现象;(2)4个油茶品种Tr日变化均为单峰曲线,但峰值出现时间不一致;(3)eWUE的日变化总体呈逐渐下降的趋势,最高值出现在8:00,到16:00以后有小幅上升,随后迅速下降;(4)从4个油茶的光补偿点(ELCP)和光饱和点(ELSP)来看,均为耐阴喜光的阳性树种。
The diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of four improved varieties of Camellia oleifera in Da Bie mountain were measured on Sep.20,in 2010,which were respectively called D1,D2,D3 and D4.The results showed that:(1)the curves of Pn diurnal variation for all four improved varieties were a single peak,among those,the peak values for D1 and D4 appeared at 12:00,the peak values for D2 and D3 appeared at 11:00,but the phenomenon of photosynthetic lunch break did not appear.(2)Tr daily courses of leaves for four improved varieties were obviously one-peak curve.the peak values of four improved varieties came out at different hour.(3)On the whole,eWUE daily courses of leaves from four improved varieties all presented a gradually declining trend,the maximum value came out at 8:00.There were a slight rebound at 16:00,and then quickly dropped.(4)Through the analysis of light compensation points(ELCP) and light saturation point(ELSP),four improved varieties belonged to the positive species,which can endure shade and high light.
