摘要
日本由于应对日元的结构性升值压力政策失误,导致了当前的经济长期停滞。中国目前也面临日本当年的贸易顺差和升值压力问题,对外经济失衡的情况有可能更为严峻。中国有必要正确汲取日本的教训,加快转变经济发展方式,统筹国内国际两个大局,促进中国经济长期平稳较快发展。
Wrong policy response to fundamentally exchange rate misalignment leads to the prolonged Japanese economic stagnation.External imbalance in China at the mean time,which was faced by Japan during that period,might be worse than that in Japan at that time.It is necessary for China to draw proper lessons from Japan to achieve sustainable growth by speeding up the transformation of economic development pattern.
