摘要
通过低倍酸洗、金相检验、化学成分分析以及电子探针等项目的检验,研究分析了连轧棒材1Cr13经低倍酸洗后表面出现众多不规则"裂纹"的原因,最终得出结论为连轧棒材1Cr13在低倍酸洗试样上看似裂纹的现象,其实并非真正的裂纹,而是铁素体偏析带经低倍酸洗后形成的一种假象;铁素体偏析带是由于钢种存在的S元素引起的成分偏析所造成的。
Based on macro-etching, metallographic examing, chemical composition analyzing and electron probe analyzing, the reasons for numerous irregular "cracking" on the macro-ecthed surface of 1Cr13 continuous rolling bar were studied. The results showed that the apparent cracking on the macro-etched sample of 1Cr13 was not really the cracking, but a false image produced in the ferrite segregation band after macro-etching; this ferrite segregation band was caused by composition seg- regation due to the presence of sulphur.
