摘要
Ni-20Cr-10Mo-10Co铸造镍基高温合金不同于由γ′相作为主要强化相的镍基高温合金,它是以碳化物为主要强化相。文章通过扫描电镜、X衍射等方法,对在试验条件为800℃、165MPa情况下的合金蠕变和持久性能进行研究,发现在合金中加入微量元素后,合金的高温疲劳性能有了很大的改善。
Ni-20Cr-10Mo-10Co casting nickel base high temperature alloy is different from the alloy which uses γ′phase as main hardening constituent,and it uses carbide as main hardening constituent.The paper makes study on alloy creeping and enduring quality under experiment condition of 800℃ and 165MPa through scanning electron microscope and X diffraction.It is discovered that after adding microelement,the high temperature fatigue of alloy has been considerably improved.
