摘要 氯化镁-石灰乳法制备高纯氧化镁过程中,提高和改善中间产物氢氧化镁的过滤性能和洗涤效果是整个工艺的关键。通过聚丙烯酰胺系列絮凝剂对氢氧化镁浆料的絮凝效果的研究,确定了TPCP1220阳离子型PAM为最佳絮凝剂,絮凝处理能使氢氧化镁浆料固液顺利分离,大幅度降低浆料中氯化钙含量,且没有镁的损失。 In the method of Magnesium chloride-Lime milk of preparation of high purity magnesium oxide,raising the filtering quality and improving the washing effect of the intermediate magnesium hydrate is the key of of the total methodology.In this paper,we research the flocculant effect of magnesium hydrate slurry with a series of polyacry lamide(PAM),and define a right flocculant:TPCP1220 cationic PAM;besides,we inspect the influence of filtering quality and washing effect of magnesium hydrate slurry form flocculation.The solid-liquid of magnesium hydrate slurry can be successfully separated by flocculation and the content of Calcium Chloride can be brought down substantially when the magnesium has no loss.
