摘要
目的对比CAF方案与植入型5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)替代CAF方案治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效与毒性反应。方法将63名Ⅱ-Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者随机分组,5-FU植入剂联合环磷环胺+阿霉素为试验组,CAF(静脉给药)方案为对照组。结果 (1)对照组有效率为56.3%,试验组为83.9%,差异有统计学意义;(2)试验组消化道反应及Ⅲ-Ⅳ度白细胞下降发生率较对照组低。结论植入型5-FU可以提高Ⅱ-Ⅲ期乳腺癌新辅助化疗有效率,且毒性反应较低。肿瘤药物局部植入是一种有效安全的给药途径。
Objective To compare the recent efficacy and side effects on two different neoadjuvant chemotherapy regiments. Methods Sixty-three patients with breast cancer in Ⅱ-Ⅲ stage were divided into two groups：CTX,ADM （I.V. infusion） and fluorouracil implants as experimental group and CAF （I.V. infusion） as control group. Results In the effective rates, the experimental group was in 83.9% and control group was 56.3% ,there was significant difference statistically between two groups （P〈0.05）. In the incidence of the side effects of vomiting, nausea and leucopenia, the experimental group was lower than that of control group. Conclusion Regiments of CTX, ADM and 5-FU sustained release implantation could promote the effective rate for neoadjuvant chemotherapy of locally advanced breast cancer and reduce the toxic reaction.Local implanted chemotherapy is safe and effective theraov for breast cancer.
