基于灰度信息的工程陶瓷磨削表面粗糙度评定 被引量:6

摘要 为了快速简单地评定和预测工程陶瓷磨削加工表面粗糙度,提出一种基于表面图像灰度信息的新方法。设定亮度140、对比度42、饱和度24、锐度9的图像采集条件,并选取灰度均值μ和均方差σ作为表征表面粗糙度的灰度参数,对数字图像进行降噪、增强和灰质化处理后,提取多幅磨削表面图像的灰度信息,绘制出表面粗糙度评定参数Ra、Rz、Ry与灰度信息平均值的关系曲线。结果表明:灰度均值和均方差与工程陶瓷磨削加工表面粗糙度呈同步递增或降低的关系,这一结果可用于快速评定任意磨削工件的表面粗糙度。 This paper introduces a new method on the basis of grayscale information about surface images,in order to evaluate and predict the surface roughness of ground engineering rapidly and simply.Firstly,the luminance,contrast,saturation and acutance of the image are set to be 140,42,24 and 9 separately.Afterwards,the mean value and the mean square deviation are selected as factors describing the surface roughness,and then image processing technology is adopted to reduce noises and enhance the image for extracting the grayscale information of several surface images.Finally,the relation curves about the Ra,Rz,Ry versus μ and σ are drawn.Results show that the mean value and the mean square deviation increase or decrease synchronously with ground surface roughness of engineering ceramics,which can be applied to evaluate the surface roughness of all ground ceramic products rapidly.
