摘要
阐述了高速铁路的发展及其类型和可持续发展的概念;高速铁路的发展不仅有利于节约能源、减少污染;而且有利于解决铁路的“瓶颈”制约。同时高速铁路的兴建可以促进科技进步,最终推动可持续发展战略的实施。
This paper expounded the development of express railway and its types ,as well as the concept of the sustainble development.The development of express railway is only beneficial to save energy ,to duce pollution but also to resolve the“bottle-neck” problem of railway.Simultaneously,the construction of express railway may advance the progress of the science and technology,and finally,can enforce the practice of sustainable development strategy.
