摘要
转型期的中国正面临着前所未有的发展机遇,同时也迎来了越来越多的挑战,社会冲突渐成当今社会常态。如何把社会冲突控制在适当的秩序范围内,实现社会长期稳定发展,是摆在我们面前的现实课题。西方现代社会冲突理论主张辨证地看待社会冲突,为我们重新认识社会冲突问题提供了一个可供借鉴的视角。理性审视社会冲突并建设性地提出应对策略,努力发挥社会冲突的正功能、消解其负功能从而实现国家与社会长治久安是政府和社会的共同期盼。
Transition of Chinese are facing both unprecedented opportunities and more challenges and conflicts.Social conflicts have become today＇s social norm.How to control the social conflict within the appropriate and achieve social order of long-term stability and development,is the realistic subject in front of us.Social conflicts theory is a new perspective to examine the social conflicts rationally and put forward constructive countermeasures accordingly,to maximize the positive function of social conflict while weaken its negative function at the same time,are the common expectation of the government and society for the social stability and harmony.
