摘要
目的 对Sysmex XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪的主要性能进行评价.方法 按照国际血液学标准化委员会（ICSH）制定的评价标准,对XE-5000的精密度、携带污染率、线性、总重复性进行测定,并将其白细胞分类结果与手工分类结果进行比较.结果 XE-5000的精密度、携带污染率、线性、总重复性都在允许的范围内,白细胞分类结果比较,Neut、Lym、Mon、Eos和Baso相关系数（R）分别为0.98、0.99、0.89、0.90和0.76.结论 Sysmex XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪性能良好,是较理想的全自动血细胞分析仪.
Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XE - 5000 automated hematology analyzer. Methods According to the standard of International Committee for Standardization in Hematology （ICSH）, the indexes of the precision, the carryover rate, the hnearity and the total repeatability of XE - 5000 was analyzed, and then the results of WBC classification by handiwork and machine was compared. Results The indexes of the precision, the carryover rate, the llnearity and the total repeatability accorded with the prescriptive range, and the correlation coefficient （R） of neutrophihc, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil, and basophil were 0.98, 0.99, 0.89, 0.90 and 0.76. respectively. Conclusion The main indexes of XE - 5000 accord with the standard of the experimental requirements, which shows the machine is an ideal automatcd hematology analyzer.
