摘要
目的：探讨自拟牙周炎方治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：将我院口腔科2010年1月到2011年5月门诊确诊的慢性牙周炎患者60例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组30例，对照组给予西药甲硝唑治疗，观察组给予自拟牙周炎方治疗。7d为1个疗程，两组均连续治疗2个疗效，观察临床疗效，比较两组患者治疗前后的症状积分。结果：观察组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后，观察组的牙龈红肿、牙痛、出血、溢脓等症状积分明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟牙周炎方治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效确切，患者临床症状改善明显，值得在临床中推广应用。

Conclusion： From draws up the parodontitis side treatment chronic parodontitis the clinical curative effect to be accurate, the patient clinical symptom improvement is obvious, is worth in promoting the application clinically.
