脑白质病变的生物学标记物 被引量:1

摘要 脑白质病变(cerebral white matte lesions,WML)是一个纯描述性的影像学术语,它是由Val-entine等人于1980年第一次描述了CT所见的白质异常。脑白质病变的患者在临床上常表现为认知功能障碍、情绪异常、步态异常、排尿障碍、锥体束征和原始反射释放等。为了患者早期进行尽可能准确的评估脑白质病变,本文总结了一些研究人员发现的与脑白质病变相关的生物学标记物,从而使脑白质病变的早期诊断更加便捷、更为准确。
