摘要
运用有限元理论建立了火箭滑橇高速滑轨系统的橇轨耦合动态分析模型,计算了不同轨道平顺度条件下橇轨动态效应,得到了橇车在轨道上运行姿态的变化规律,分析了轨道平顺度对橇轨动态效应的影响.研究表明:橇车在轨道上运行时产生偏航摆动、升降、俯仰和绕橇车质心滚转;随着轨道偏差的增大,橇车平均冲击加速度和平均冲击力近似呈线性增长;轨道平顺度对橇轨耦合动态效应影响很大,轨道平顺度是高速滑轨设计重点考虑的问题之一.
Based on finite element theory,sled-track dynamic model of high-speed slide-rail of rocket seld system was established,and dynamic interactions of sled-track under different rail regularity conditions were calculated.The variety law of attitude of sled train running on track was obtained.The effect of track regularity on sled-track dynamic interaction was analyzed.The results show that:the sled train running on the track can cause yaw,heaving,pitching and rolling around its inertia centre.The average impact acceleration and average impact stress of sled train increase approximately in a line with the increase of track deviation.The effect of track regularity on sled-track dynamic interaction is very strong.The track regularity is one of the mainly considered questions on the design of high-speed track.
