Preparing amorphous graphite/resin bipolar plate by mould pressing process

摘要 以微晶石墨为导电骨料,热固性树脂为粘结剂,通过模压成型工艺制备PEMFC用微晶石墨/树脂复合材料双极板。研究了骨料粒度分布、骨料配比、树脂种类和成型条件等对双极板性能的影响。以含量为18%-20%的双酚A乙烯基树脂(P104-02)为粘结剂,粒度为200-250目的石墨粉为导电骨料,在140-145℃、15-20 MPa及18-22 min的成型条件下制备的双极板的性能为:弯曲强度〉25 MPa、电导率〉100 S/cm、气体渗透率〈3×10^-5ml/(s.cm2)。 Amorphous graphite/resin composite bipolar plates for PEMFC were prepared by mould pressing process.Thermosetting resin was used as the binder and amorphous graphite as the conductive filler.The effects of filler particle size,filler content,thermosetting resin and moulding condition on the performance of bipolar plates were studied.The bipolar plate prepared with thermosetting resin P104-02 whose content was 18%~20% as binder,amorphous graphite whose particle size was 200~250 mesh as conductive filler,in the moulding condition of 140~145 ℃,15~20 MPa and 18~22 min had such performance:flexural strength 25 MPa,conductivity 100 S/cm,permeability 3×10^-5 ml/(s·cm2).
