随着高等职业技术教育的重要性越来越被国家政府所重视，高职院校的基础建设投入也越来越大，尤其是高职院校的不断扩招，其基建管理部门的工作任务越来越繁重，面临的情况也越来越复杂，因此，抓好高职院校基建管理显得尤为重要。
