摘要
针对330MW循环流化床机组单台锅炉配置3台50%容量电动给水泵的给水控制系统,当运行给水泵发生故障时,备用电泵的投入及故障电泵的退出过程中发生抢水的逻辑进行了分析,并对原设计逻辑存在的问题进行了分析和优化,试验结果表明,优化后的抢水逻辑对给水控制系统的稳定效果明显。
Directing against the feed water control system equipped with three motor driven feed pumps of 50% capacity in single 330MW CFB boiler unit.Analysed the logic of vying water process between the stand-by motor driven feed pump input and exit pump failure,when the running motor driven feed pump breakdown,and the logic of original design being analysed and optimized.The test results after retrofitting logic of vying water show that feed water control system stability obviously.
