多层螺旋CT超高分辨率扫描在显示窦口鼻道复合体中的应用价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT超高分辨率扫描及重建技术在显示窦口鼻道复合体解剖变异与相关病变中的应用价值。方法扫描模式UHRCT 6 mm×0.75 mm,螺距0.9,FOV 200 mm,层厚2 mm、层距1 mm重叠重建。对1272例患者采用超高分辨率横轴扫描后MPR重建冠状图像及直接冠状位扫描随机分组:(1)MPR 660例;(2)直接冠扫612例。两组图像分析对显示OMC的解剖、相关病变及图像内伪影干扰进行评估、比对。结果 1272例患者中1088例显示变异、病变,占85%;MPR组与直接冠扫组中有假牙与无假牙无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;MPR组图像中有伪影显示33例(5%),少于直接冠扫组中有伪影151例(24.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本研究解决了特殊情况下不能做冠状扫描患者的问题,在避免了假牙伪影干扰的同时,保证图像质量,达到充分显示OMC变异及相关病变的目的 ,为临床提供重要影像学依据。 Objective To explore the value of muhislice spiral CT ultra - high resolution scanning and reconstruction technique in the display ostiomeatal complex anatomical variations and related The lesions application value. Methods Scanning mode UHRCT 6 mm ×0. 75mm, pitch 0. 9, 200 mm FOV 2 mm thick layer, layer, from lmm overlap reconstruction. For 1272 patients using high resolution after a scan the horizontal axis of the MPR reconstruction coronary image and direct co- ronal scan MPR660 patients randomized: (1) MPR 660 cases; (2) direct coronal scan 612 cases. Two groups to display the image analysis OMC anatomical and related lesions and image assessment within artifact interference, compare. Results 1272 patients 1088 examples show variation, pathological changes, is occupied 85%. Saul MPR group and the direct group have dentures crown with no dentures no difference obvious ( P 〉 0. 05 ) comparable, MPR groups have artifact image 33 patients (5%) less than direct crown scanning has the artifact 151 cases(24. 67% ) (P 〈0. O1 ) with a statistical significance. Conclusion This study solves the special circumstances cannot do patients with coronary scanning, In avoiding the dentures artifact interference also, Guarantee image quality, To achieve full display OMC variation and related lesions purpose, Provide important basis for clinical imaging.
