摘要
介绍了钢管在线称重系统的组成、工作原理，着重就在线钢管称重工艺中采用计算机进行信号采集、信号处理并参与现场管理的技术难点进行了剖析，体现了以计算机为核心的检测智能化和管理现代化，同时展望了该系统的推广应用前景。
The article introduces the composition and working principle of pipe on line weighing system and analyses to adopt computer for signal collection and disposal as well as technical difficulty of site control in detail during on line pipe weighing technology. Therefore, it shows the intelligence of inspection and modernization of management based on the core of computer, meanwhile, describes the promotion and applying prospect of the system.
