摘要
通过对欧洲铁路经营模式和日本铁路发展特点的比较分析可见,国外铁路的经营经历了从"建运合一"到"建运分离"的发展模式。现阶段我国铁路投资公司的投资管理模式大致可以归纳为三种,即:单一业务模式、相关多元化业务模式、复合多元化业务模式。我国铁路投资公司的发展模式和路径应为:从发展初期的单一业务模式,到发展中期的相关多元化业务模式,再到企业成熟期的复合多元化业务模式。
Case studies of Euro-railway operation models and Japanese railway development models have revealed that railway operations in developed countries have evolved from the model of "unity of construction and operation" to that of "separation of construction and operation".As for China today,the operation models of the railway investment companies can be categorized into the following three,first,the model of single business,second,the model of relevant businesses,and third,the model of multifunctional businesses.It is proposed that the development model and path of China's railway investment companies should be,initially,the model of single business at the beginning,then the model of diversified businesses at the intermediate development stage,and finally the model of multifunctional businesses at the mature stage of development.
